Welcome to the website of the 21^st IEEE International Symposium on Defect and Fault Tolerance in VLSI Systems, DFT 2006.

This year the Symposium will be held in the Ballston area of Arlington (VA), 10 minutes from Washington D.C. in a growing community of high tech engineering firms and government research offices.

SPECIAL ISSUE OF JETTA:

Thanks for a successful symposium. As was announced at the meeting, there will be a special issue in JETTA. All authors of papers published in the proceedings are invited to submit an extended version of their paper to it. Click here to download the call-for-papers. In order to submit a manuscript, authors should log onto http://jetta.edmgr.com. When selecting the "article type", authors should choose "Sp Iss: DFTISS; Touba" to be considered for the special issue. The deadline for submission is Nov. 20 .
